| Hi Crib players its time to dust down those tables & sanitise those packs of cards because |
| Cribbage is back on the table in Norwich again after this awful pandemic & suspension of |
| the leagues in March 2020.18 months seem like a lifetime without meeting up with crib players & |
| acquaintises playing crib over the years. |
| First of all we would like to thank the scientists & our nhs for the vaccine program,keeping us safe & |
| enabling us to start playing this great game round the table again. |
| A few of the players have been playing in tournaments online to keep in practise which has been good. |
| We arranged a committee meeting between the Wensum & Anchor Leagues to discuss at length the |
| possibility of starting up the leagues again with those players who felt safe to play face to face. |
| The outcome was that the Wensum Tuesday League with possibly 8 or 9 teams would start playing in |
| October (one league) but unfortunately with only 3 teams willing to play in the Anchor Thursday |
| League the decision was to let the Anchor lay asleep on the bed(c) until Spring/Summer 2022 as this |
| would then give players time to feel safer to play in mixed company. |
| If there are any players who have'nt got a team & would like to play get in touch with me & I will try |
| & accommodate you as teams like to have 10 or 12 players in case of work/illness & other |

| Finally lets all stay safe & well & remembering players we have lost either from the pandemic or |
| other illnesses & our thoughts are with their families.We have a good community & hopefully we |
| can expand in the future. |
